General

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Supply Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.glassma.in, a website owned and managed by Glassma (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By purchasing any product or using any service through this website, you (“Customer”, “User”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Supply Terms, along with the Website Terms of Use and any Additional Terms displayed with specific products or services.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use or purchase through the website.


Business Overview

The Glassma website serves as an online platform to facilitate the sale and purchase of home décor products, mirrors, and related merchandise (“Products”).
Ownership of products passes directly from Glassma or its authorized vendors (“Vendors”) to the customer upon delivery.

Glassma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time, without prior notice, and shall not be held liable to any user or third party for such modifications.


Products

Glassma offers a wide range of premium mirrors, décor products, and accessories.
Shipping, delivery, and service terms are governed by our internal policies, which may be revised periodically.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify the Glassma support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp at +91-7982440814 or email at enquiries@glassma.in.
Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper use and handling of all products purchased from Glassma.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable Indian law.

Glassma is not responsible for improper use, modification, or damage caused after delivery.


Pricing Information

All product prices displayed on www.glassma.in are current and accurate to the best of our ability. However, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Glassma strives to offer the most competitive prices but does not guarantee the lowest price across regions or markets.
In case of typographical, pricing, or technical errors, Glassma reserves the right to:

  • Contact you for confirmation or instructions, or

  • Cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

If your payment has been processed for a cancelled order, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within the applicable refund period.

Glassma may modify or withdraw discounts, promotions, or vouchers at any time without notice.


Payment Terms

You may be required to provide your credit/debit card or UPI details through our secure, approved payment gateways.
By doing so, you confirm that:

  • The card or account belongs to you and is lawfully used.

  • You authorize the transaction.

Glassma does not store your payment details on its servers. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted through certified third-party gateways (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

We disclaim all liability for unauthorized use of payment information beyond our control.


Shipping and Delivery

Your shipping address and pincode will be verified before payment.
Currently, Glassma delivers within India only.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 15 working days after invoicing, depending on location and product availability.

If multiple products are ordered together, we will attempt to deliver them in a single shipment, though separate deliveries may occur in certain cases.

Delivery to select pincodes may be conditional based on minimum order value or prepayment. Please contact customer care for details.


Warranty and Claims

Each product carries its own warranty and care conditions.
Warranty claims will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or non-compliance with care instructions.

  • Products delivered to locations outside Glassma’s serviceable areas.

Customers in non-serviceable areas must bear the cost and risk of returning items to the nearest service location for any after-sales support.


Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glassma, its employees, partners, and vendors, from any losses, liabilities, or claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our products/services.

Under no circumstances shall Glassma or its associates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

Glassma’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the refund of the purchase amount received from you.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions through www.glassma.in are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.


Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver products within 15 working days from the date of invoicing.
Delays caused by logistics, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
