Ownership and title of the merchandise will pass directly from Glassma/Vendors to You upon delivery.

Glassma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or policy at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any such changes.

3. Products

Glassma offers a wide range of premium décor and mirror products. Shipping and delivery will be handled according to Glassma’s shipping policy, which may be updated from time to time.

4. Services

In case of any typographical or technical errors (including pricing errors), Glassma reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order and process a full refund.

Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment within 15–20 working days.

6. Credit/Debit Card Details

You may be required to provide valid credit/debit card details for online payments.

  • You must only use a card lawfully owned by you.

  • Payment data is processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • Glassma does not store card details on its servers.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your payment information caused by user negligence or third-party breaches.

7. Delivery of Products

  • Delivery will be made to the address and pin code verified at checkout.

  • Glassma currently delivers only within India.

  • For multiple products ordered together, we will make every effort to ship them in one consignment, though separate deliveries may occur in some cases.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

  • Before Delivery: Orders (except customized/made-to-order items) can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

  • At Delivery: If you are unsatisfied upon delivery, you may reject the order on the spot (except custom-made products).

  • After Delivery: Products once delivered cannot be returned. However, if damaged or defective, a replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

Returns & Replacements

We will assess the damage and either replace or refund the product as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 15–20 working days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via NEFT within 10–15 working days.

  • Promo codes once used cannot be reissued or reused.

9. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery time is up to 15 working days from the date of invoice.

  • Deliveries may be limited to specific pin codes.

  • For non-serviceable areas, delivery may be arranged at additional cost and without installation/warranty coverage.

  • Prices and delivery conditions may vary; applicable terms will be confirmed at checkout.

10. Warranties & Claims

All Glassma products carry standard warranties as mentioned on the product page.
Claims due to misuse, physical damage, or installation by unauthorized persons will not be accepted.

If your city is outside our service network, you may send the product to the nearest Glassma service center at your own cost for warranty or after-sales support.

11. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Glassma, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our website or products.

In any case, Glassma’s total liability will not exceed the purchase amount paid by you for the product.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Supply Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

At Glassma, your privacy is of utmost importance.
We never share your personal details with third parties without your consent. Customer information such as email, contact number, and address is used only for order processing, updates, and promotional communication from www.glassma.in.
