Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Glassma! We know you are excited to receive your order, and we are just as excited to get it to you. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how your package makes its way to your doorstep.

1. Processing Your Order

Once you place an order, our team gets to work immediately.

  • Processing Time: We typically process and pack orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business Days: We process orders Monday through Saturday. We take a break on Sundays and Public Holidays, so no orders are shipped on those days.

  • Peak Times: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during sales or festive seasons), shipments might be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to let you know.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India using trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely. Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Standard Shipping 5-8 business days
Express Shipping 4-5 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather, or location constraints.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, we will send you an email or SMS with a Tracking Number.

  • You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our website or directly on the courier’s tracking page.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the link.

4. Payment Methods

  • Prepaid Orders Only: Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for online at the time of checkout.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Location: We currently ship only within India.

  • Address Types: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or areas restricted by standard courier services.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

  • Glassma is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes things happen outside of our control.

  • Delayed? If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please drop us an email so we can check on it for you.

  • Lost? In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will work directly with the courier service to resolve the issue for you.
